Broun denies health care coverage crisis
in America.
Athens, GA. – Bobby Saxon, candidate for Georgia’s Tenth
Congressional District, released the following statement in
response to U.S. Representative Paul Broun, Jr.’s visit to
Hart County’s Eggs and Issues Breakfast. While addressing
the crowd, Broun stated that “the idea that there are 40
million Americans without healthcare is hogwash.”
“I was deeply offended to hear our Congressman deny that we
have a serious healthcare crisis in our nation and I condemn
his lack of concern. Not only is he ignoring the urgency of
this issue, he left out 7 million people. Each day, 47
million Americans go without basic medical coverage, and our
Representative in Washington needs to be aware of and
concerned with that fact. We can’t solve this problem
tomorrow, but together we can work on new courses of action
to fight this crisis, and we can start today. One of my
first suggestions is to put one more Georgia doctor back in
the business of caring for patients – Dr. Paul Broun, Jr.

contempt for hard-working Americans like us. When I’m
elected, I will fight the real fight for our families and
our values.”
Bobby Saxon is an Iraq war veteran and small business owner
running for Georgia’s Tenth Congressional District. He is a
